A pair of former investors has filed a Zyprexa lawsuit against Eli Lilly & Co., charging that the company cost shareholders more than $30 billion by marketing the drug for unapproved uses. Zyprexa lawsuits have ... been filed against Lilly by former patients, who allege they developed diabetes after taking the drug and by seven state attorneys general, who have accused the company of marketing the antipsychotic drug for unapproved uses, including dementia, depression and autism.
