Once again, NFID and Zeneca Pharmaceuticals will offer ICAAC and IDSA travel grants for promising young physician investigators for whom travel funds are limited and needed. Applications must be postmarked by August 5, 1997 to be considered.

Zeneca and the National Cancer Institute (NCI) were required to develop materials for physicians to help them assess their patient's individual risks. The NCI has made available a "risk disk" on their website for physicians to use.
