Immature no longer, 22-year-old Young Rome is about to cast his own riveting spell on the R&B and hip-hop world and beyond with his first album, Food For Thought. The effort vividly illustrates the growth of a promising talent who, for the first time, reveals his own roots through a multi-faceted perspective.

The young Rome boys’ team was edged out by Southeast Whitfield by five points for the fourth and final state qualifying berth. Ben Shippey... qualified as an individual by virtue of his fifth-place finish (17:24). Ben was followed by teammates Thomas Caldwell in 10th (17:38), Ben Woodard (25th-18:38), Matt Lampkin (28th-18:52), Cameron Jones (31st-19:03), Daniel Gaines (33rd-19:09) and Jose Ajanel (39th-20:03). The boys are to be commended for a great team effort with most running personal record times.
All in all, Young's book on Rome's Eastern trade depicts clearly the social and, in some cases, economic effects of international commercial activities in the Eastern provinces of the Empire. Furthermore, the author correctly emphasizes the role of the emperor and convincingly suggests that the imperial authority had a protectionist, rather than an interventionist, role. The plethora of useful information included in the book will make it an invaluable tool for specialists and students alike.
Young Rome Just as Immature eventually morphed into IMx, Jerome "Romeo" Jones officially became Young Rome, and set to securing a piece of pop-rap real estate. In spring 2004, coming off a supporting role in the B2K dance vehicle You Got Served, Rome dropped the single "After Party," which featured an introduction from his B2K pal Omarion.
