Starting this fall, SIRIUS will feature both football and basketball games from all eight Ivy League schools -- Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard, Penn, Princeton and Yale -- and showcase some of the best match-ups of the season. The Ivy League football season kicks off Saturday, September 17 and men's basketball tips off Friday, November 11. The complete SIRIUS broadcast schedules for both football and basketball will be announced at later dates.
All U.S. presidents since 1989 have been Yale graduates, namely George H. W. Bush, Bill Clinton (who attended the University's Law School along with his wife, New York Senator Hillary Clinton), and George W. Bush. Vice President Dick Cheney attended Yale, although he did not graduate. Many of the 2004 presidential candidates attended Yale: Bush, John Kerry, Howard Dean, and Joe Lieberman.
Yale University, an educational institution founded in 1701 as the result of a conservative reaction by Congregationalist leaders weary of what they identified as the increasing departure of Harvard College from its Calvinist heritage. Today, Yale consists of twelve graduate schools and Yale College, approximately 5,300 students who makeup the undergraduate arts and sciences division of the university. Approximately 975 full-time faculty instruct students in bachelor's, master's, and doctoral programs.

The doctoral program is taught by the faculty of the Yale School of Management and is intended for students who plan scholarly careers involving research and teaching in management. The program is small and admits only a few highly qualified students each year. Currently, specialization is offered in the management fields of accounting, financial economics, and marketing.
