    In early 1993, Israeli Sports channel purchased WWF programming via 4 week delay: Wrestling Challenge, Superstars and 5 annual PPVs. The deal started with Royal Rumble 1993 and ended with Royal Rumble 1996, becoming the last WWF PPV to air on Israel`s Sports channel. WWF Superstars aired on Israel`s Channel 2 for several months before being taken down.

She once tried to put her father out of business by purchasing ECW and making it part of the Alliance, and paid the price by being forced off WWE television for many months. But now she's back, and ready to prove once and for all that she is WWE's dominant female.

    The National Wrestling Alliance was a group of promoters who each ran their own geographic territories and shared the same World Champion. Because the Northeast promoters became too powerful and were making it hard to get the champion, Buddy Rogers to appear in other territories, the other promoters pulled a power play and voted for Lou Thez to become champ, a wrestler they knew wasn’t too popular in the Northeast. In 1963, the Northeast promoters formed the World Wide Wrestling Federation. In one of their first matches, Bruno Sammartino beat Buddy Rogers to become champion. The most powerful promoters of this new federation were Vince McMahon Sr. and Toots Mondt.
  5. Stone Cold Steve Austin -- Wwf Champion
    The Radicalz reunited in late 2000, assisting Triple H in his match with Stone Cold Steve Austin at Survivor Series. In early 2001, Guerrero feuded with Test, winning the European Championship for a second time at WrestleMania X-Seven with help from Saturn and Malenko. Guerrero eventually left the Radicalz, siding with The Hardy Boyz and Lita. At this point, Guerrero developed an addiction to pain medication stemming from his 1999 car accident and in May 2001 was sent to rehabilitation. On November 9, 2001 he was arrested for drunk driving and was subsequently released by the WWF three days later.

    When Hulk Hogan left the WWF in 1992 business started declining and by 1993 the WWF desperately wanted Hogan back. So Hogan agreed to return but demanded a lot more say in his storylines. Vince McMahon reluctantly agreed and Hogan returned a few weeks later.

    Throughout his career, Triple H has used several different pieces of music as his theme. While wrestling in WCW as Terra Ryzing, Triple H's theme was a piece of guitar music called Road Master. During his early days in the WWF, his first theme was a piece of harpsichord music. He would later change his music to the fifth movement of Ludwig van Beethoven's Symphony No. 9. After the formation of D-Generation X in 1997, Triple H used the D-X theme, titled Break It Down, performed by The DX Band.

    One minor sign of progress is that the Kosovo conflict was the first war after which a formal environmental assessment was undertaken. UNEP assembled an international team of scientists to study the damage and WWF International, the conservation organisation, commissioned an expert rapid assessment. The UNEP study is unlikely to be released until the middle or end of October. The WWF findings were presented to the public in September. Ursula Stephan, a German academic and specialist in assessing the impact of chemical industry accidents and a member of the WWF expert group, said that the damage at Pancevo was "unprecedented." Analysis of samples collected by Stephan and fellow scientists found levels of toxic contaminants in excess of international limits requiring a clean up. The WWF findings have been widely circulated to government agencies, international funders, and scientists.

    Triple H and Stephanie enter their dressing room to discover a pile of beer cans. Austin walks out of the restroom, acts like Hunter's best friend, and says he stopped in to use the facilities. Triple H is mad. Edge and Christian make their way to the ring expecting to face Kaientai, but the Acolytes enter in their place. During the match, Funaki saves Faarooq from a double chair shot. Faarooq takes the win.

    A visibly pregnant Stephanie McMahon returned on the March 6, 2006 episode of RAW, approaching Shawn Michaels backstage and claiming to have abdominal pains. When Michaels left to get her some water, Stephanie added some powder to his water, causing him to become groggy during his match against Shane McMahon later in the night, which he lost as a result. Stephanie ... appeared at the WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony on April 1, 2006 and in a backstage vignette with her immediate family at WrestleMania 22. Since then, Stephanie McMahon has not appeared on WWE TV except for some WWE's Day in History Flashbacks. It is rumoured she will appear soon to feud with DX.
