   The Washington Wizards are a National Basketball Association team based in Washington , D.C. The Wizards are of seven teams in the Atlantic Division of the eastern Conference of the National Basketball Association. The team was founded as the Chicago Packers, and ... played as Chicago Zephyrs Baltimore Bullets and Washington Bullets before adopted its current name. The franchise plays in the MCI Center in Washington , D.C. , and wears jerseys of red, white and blue. The team entered the NBA in the 1961-62 season as the Chicago Packers, winning only 18 games in its first season. The Wizard briefly changed its name to the Zephyrs for the 1962-63 season, but in March of they year the team moved to Baltimore and became the Bullets in honor of the area's ammunition factories, which had produced bullets during World War II. The Washington Wizards had won one NBA championship, four Conference titles and seven Division titles.

   The Washington Wizards have changed names and locations several times in their history, but they have never changed the quality of basketball that fans have grown to love. The Wizards started off as the Chicago Packers in 1961 and then moved to Baltimore. They spent several seasons here before moving on to Washington. It was here where they won their first, and to date, only Championship Title in 1977-78.

   The last 14 years of Frank Morgan's life he made 68 films. Some of them among the best films that ever came out of the Hollywood studios. When the part came up for the Wizard in the film Wizard of Oz, it took many weeks as many people were considered for the job. One of the biggest competitors was Ed Wynn. Others who ... wanted the part were Wallace Beery and W. C. Fields. From August 4, 1938 or perhaps even earlier the role was up for grabs.
9. Toto -- Wonderful Wizard
   As the movie nears the end, Toto once again can't resist getting in trouble. As Dorothy and the Wizard prepare to launch off in the hot air balloon, Toto suddenly cocks his ears and growls. The next scene shows an Oz woman holding a cat in her arms. The cat meows and Toto jumps out of Dorothy's arms. Dorothy shouts, "Oh, Toto! Come back!
10. Saruman -- Blue Wizards
    Saruman grudgingly brought with him Radagast as a companion from Valinor, at the request of Yavanna, yet still managed to arrive alone, and first. Shortly after, he went into the East with the two Blue Wizards (Alatar and Pallando), and later returned alone. The Ithryn Luin (as the Elves called them) went with Saruman into the East, and there may have wrought many great works to diminish the influence of the Enemy. Of their fate little is known.
