By 2002, The Wiggles become the Australian Broadcasting Corporation's (ABC) most successful pre-school television programs. The group has franchised their concepts to other countries, developed Wiggles sections in amusement parks in Australia and the U.S., and won several recording industry awards. In 2006, Greg Page was forced to retire from the group due to illness and was replaced by former understudy Sam Moran.

In a recent interview, Sam Moran reported that The Wiggles have finished filming two DVDs this year and that they're halfway through filming a TV series. "So when we get back to Australia in September we'll finish that TV series, which will be my first TV series as the yellow Wiggle, which should be on air here [the U.S.] probably sometime next year."[4]
