NEW YORK, Dec. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Weight Watchers International, Inc. (NYSE: WTW - News) today announced that its Board of Directors declared its quarterly cash dividend of $0.175 per share, which corresponds to an annual dividend rate of $0.70 per share. This quarterly dividend will be payable on January 11, 2008 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 28, 2007.
