WebbIE is a not a talking web browser but a free utility which can change a website into simple text and enables navigation using the arrow keys. It must be used in conjunction with a screen reader, such as Lookout to give access the web, for people with no useful vision. It can be used to fill in forms online, summarise page content and provide a list of links on a website.
