Jaromir Jagr is the heart and soul of the Washington Capitals. When motivated, Jagr captivates the fans and is one of the greatest players who ever laced on skates. With five Ross Trophies under his belt, Jagr should be able to help the Caps out of thier recent slump. Head Coach Bruce Cassidy certainly hopes so. While the 2002-03 season provided its share of thrills and exciting moments, it ended with a first round exit from the playoffs.
