The Walt Disney Company (NYSE:DIS) today reported earnings for the fiscal year and fourth quarter ended September 29, 2007. Diluted earnings per share (EPS) for the year increased to $2.25, compared to $1.64 in the prior year. For the quarter, EPS increased to $0.44 compared to $0.36 in the prior-year quarter.
