Disney's death spawned two rumors that have become urban legends. The first is that he had his body cryogenically frozen. The second held that he was buried somewhere on the grounds of Disneyland. Both rumors have been found to be untrue. Actually, he was cremated and his ashes are now interred at Forest Lawn Cemetary in Los Angeles, California.

Barry Halpern of Disney's legal team countered that his client needed " flexibility" on things like games and puzzles. After several of these sessions, Strand started losing his sense of humor. And he put at least part of the blame on the suits.
Disney has not been without its disappointments. Disneyland Paris, formerly EuroDisney, has been Red Inkland since it opened in 1992. Also, Disney scuttled controversial plans for a US history theme park near a Civil War battlefield in Virginia.

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. -- Some of the world's best RUBIK'S CUBE solvers will compete Nov. 4-6 in the World RUBIK'S CUBE Game Championship at Disney's Pop Century Resort at Walt Disney World Resort. These "speed cubers," as they are identified in Rubik's parlance, will twist and turn the iconic puzzle in a variety of timed challenges. The championship, which coincides with the cube's 25th anniversary in the United States, includes the traditional 3x3x3 cube competition, 4x4x4 and 5x5x5 contests, and more unusual events like blindfolded cubing, one-handed cubing, foot cubing and even underwater cubing.

The suit alleges that Disney's refusal to allow them to use the two-wheeled, self-balancing devices in the parks is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). They are further asking the judge to certify the suit as a class action, potentially opening the suit to the estimated 4,000 to 7,000 disabled people in the country who currently use Segways as their mobility device of choice.

"We want to educate and open doors for our young dreamers by helping them to realize the power within and inspiring them to discover their dreams and follow them wherever they lead."
