PV-WAVE, from Visual Numerics, Inc., is an array oriented fourth generation programming language used by engineers, scientists, researchers and business analysts to build and deploy visual data analysis applications. At Websense, he contributed to the expansion of the company's business in Japan by focusing on overall business localization including product development and localization for the Japanese market as well as enhancing technical support. Prior to Websense Japan, Kobayashi served as a Marketing Director of the imaging solution product for enterprises at Hewlett Packard Japan, where he directed the company's marketing operations in Japan.
