Virtual Villagers: Computer
built 266 days ago
The coolest part about Virtual Villagers is that they continue to "live" even when your computer is off! If you train your villagers correctly, you could come back to a nourished and flourishing utopia!

Within minutes of starting "Virtual Villagers," you'll feel confident playing. The first few hours are critical though, so you'll want to be able to be close to the computer. During this time you need to get the villagers going on research and foraging berries. Once they get started, you won't have to worry so much about them running out of food.

A simulation in the fashion of The Sims (2000), itself being a spiritual successor to Little Computer People (1985), Virtual Villagers is basically a life simulator. Daily activities are performed such as eating, drinking, planting crops, gathering food, building and repairing huts, doing laundry, propagating and eventually succumbing to old age and death.

Watch in fascination as your Virtual Villagers develop over time. Having set the Virtual Villagers a learning task, you can come back to your computer hours later to see how they have developed. Will it be harmonious Utopia or disorganized Chaos?
