Vegeta: Son Goku
built 643 days ago
On Namek, Vegeta confronted Frieza and the Ginyu Squad while looking for the original seven magic balls of Namek to make himself immortal. There he finds alies in the form of the Z-team (Goku, Gohan, Krillin, Bulma, and the revived Piccolo). Goku later battles Frieza to the end of the Frieza Saga.
Majin Vegeta When Vegeta finds a home on Earth, he is pursued romantically by the character Bulma, and starts a family with her. Even though he doesn't show it often, Vegeta is proud of his son, Future Trunks, when he points Future Trunks out to Cell during their fight, saying that he is (almost) as powerful as Vegeta. However, Vegeta sometimes prioritizes his rivalry with Goku over his relationship with his new family.
Vegeta's skin tone is a medium shade of tan in color. As a full-blooded Saiyan, Vegeta once had a monkey-like tail that was usually seen wrapped around his waist like a belt. After his first battle with Goku and his friends, it was cut off by Yajirobe.

The Fusion Dance of Goku and Vegeta, Gogeta is considered to be one of the most formidable characters introduced in the series. Like Vegetto, Gogeta was an act of desperation, though this one was to stop the powerful demon, Janemba, rather than Djinn Boo. Gogeta easily outclassed Janemba, and the Demon was quickly disposed of in a heart beat. Vegeta contributed his Saiyan smarts, and his power.
[Image: Vegeta having power dominance over Gokuu] During the battle with Cell and Cell Junior, Vegeta came to terms with reality. As much as he hated to admit it, Kakaroto somehow always seemed to come out on top. Vegeta finally accepts what he had known all along, that Kakaroto will always stay one step ahead. However, this would seem like nothing to what he is about to face.. the death of his son, Trunks.

Not intending Vegeta to be a major character, Toriyama introduced Vegeta in the series as very short and slightly stocky, with upright standing hair and a defined widow's peak. Upon his introduction, Vegeta is seen to be arrogant and sadistic, which was intended to contrast the series' main protagonist, Son Goku's selflessness and kindness. Due to the manga's success after introducing Vegeta, Toriyama continued with Vegeta as a primary character, and changed his appearance; gradually making him more lean like a hero as opposed to a villain.
