Vegeta: Planet Vegeta
built 272 days ago
In the first series of the Dragon Ball Z saga featuring Nappa and Raditz, Vegeta was the leader of the Saiyajin Elite trying to capture the Earth in the name of Frieza and to get the seven Dragonballs. He would go on to battle Goku and destroy him terribly until Vegeta was defeated by Krillin and Gohan using a Genkidama. Goku allowed Vegeta to leave Earth. Vegeta returned to Frieza where he was put in a regeneration tank. When he became stronger he left for the planet Namek on a quest to collect the seven Dragonballs from their orign.

VEGETA (¤ñ¹F) Vegeta is the prince of all Saiyan. His father Vegitt is the king of planet Vegitt (¤ñ¹F¬P). Vegeta is a very cool character who doesn't like company and rather be by himself. He first came to Earth in search for the Dragonballs, along with Nappa and fought the DB fighters. Piccolo, Yamcha, Tenshinhan and Chaozu were all killed by them. Vegeta then killed Nappa for losing to Goku and then was defeated by the combined effort of Goku, Gohan and Kulilyn.

As a member of the Saiyan race, Vegeta has the ability to manipulate his ki energy to create and enhance attacks. Like most other primary characters in Dragon Ball, Vegeta has the ability to use the Bukujutsu (lit. "lighter than air skill"), which enables him to levitate and fly. Constant training and his Saiyan heritage have given him superhuman strength and he can move at superhuman speeds. Vegeta is one of the few characters in the series that shouts the name of his attack when using it. His most referenced technique is the Garlic Cannon or in the English dubs, the Galick Gun, which he's only seen to use once in the manga in his attempt to destroy the planet and defeat Goku when he first arrived on Earth. Though he only uses it one more time in the series during his battle with Freeza (without calling it by name ...), it is usually one of his most common techniques in the Dragon Ball Z video games.

Vegeta first appears in the Saiyan saga where he and his accomplice Nappa attempt to conquer earth and use the Dragon Balls for immortality. They are thwarted by Goku and the rest of Earth's fighters. Afterwards Vegeta leaves Earth to heal on one of the planets controlled by Freeza. After he is healed, Vegeta learns of Freeza's quest for the Namekian Dragon Balls. Vegeta then heads for Planet Namek in order to gain the Dragon Balls himself. Vegeta defeats Freeza's elite henchmen while on Namek, but is later forced to team up with Son Gohan and Kuririn to defeat the Ginyu Force.

Vegeta and Bulma initially meet on planet Namek but neither actually talked to the other; Bulma was too frightened and Vegeta did not care. Before his battle with Zarbon, Vegeta actually threatened to kill Bulma along with Kuririn. After being killed by Freeza, Vegeta is revived and teleported to Earth, and invited by Bulma to live at Capsule Corp as he has nowhere else to go, on the one condition that he doesn't touch her. While Vegeta tries to find Goku, missing since Planet Namek exploded, Bulma mentions that she had a dream about Vegeta, and simultaneously Mrs. Briefs tells Bulma that Vegeta's spaceship was going to run out of fuel soon. Bulma looks into the sky. When Vegeta is hurt by the explosion of his training room, Bulma stays by him while he sleeps, even kisses the oxygen mask he had on. Later, Bulma tells Vegeta to stop training because he is still hurt, but he doesn't care and tells her to leave him alone.

Vegeta was born on Planet Vegeta, which was named after him because everyone living on the planet wanted him so badly. Unfortunately for young Vegeta, the evil hermaphrodite Frieza wanted him too. After kidnapping Vegeta, Frieza blew up Planet Vegeta and made Vegeta his sex slave and general bitch/tool. By the time Vegeta was an adult, Frieza was no longer interested in him, because he preffered the young 'uns. However, Vegeta's henchman Zarbon took an interest in the prince. Unfortunately, when Zarbon molested an unsuspecting Vegeta while he slept, that crossed a line.
