* Since the Valiant was an entirely new class of aircraft for the RAF, the 232 Operational Conversion Unit was established at RAF Gaydon to help get the bomber into service. The first operational RAF unit to be equipped with the Valiant was 138 Squadron... at RAF Gaydon at first, though it later moved to RAF Wittering. At its peak, the Valiant equipped eight operational squadrons, including one PR squadron (Number 543) and seven "Main Bomber Force (MBF)" squadrons (Numbers 7, 49, 90, 138, 148, 207, & 214). It partly equipped an RCM squadron (Number 18), which also operated the English Electric Canberra and other aircraft.

Formed in Late 2004, Valiant is a pop influenced rock group who isnt afraid to show their emotional side. Having been lucky enough to open up for such bands as The Academy Is..., October Fall, and The Audition, they cherish every chance they get to put on a good show. They take the band seriously and work as hard as they can without forgetting why they started the band in the first place (to have fun). Not desperate to be different, but just committed to stand out, they continue to work their local scene but are ready to take their music to the next level.

The Valiant Universe had a significant impact on modern comic books. When Valiant Comics first started publishing in the early 1990s, comic books favored flashy art and name artists over quality writing and strong continuity. According to Editor-in-Chief Jim Shooter, Valiant Comics goal was to differentiate their books by out-writing the competition; ... in practice they have become notoriously linked to the "variant issue" craze of the 1990s and are often credited alongside Image Comics in contributing to the speculator's market of the 1990s, which ultimately led to the "Comic Book crash" and ultimately Valiant's demise.

When introduced, the sporty Valiant took first through seventh place in NASCAR’s compact car races - and won the Mobil Fuel Economy Challenge. The final generation was far more conservative, but its coupe version (the Plymouth Duster) was a runaway success. The Valiant, Dart, and Duster never lost their reputation for rock-solid drivetrains, from slant-six to 360 V8.

The VJ series Valiant, with some revisions, débuted in 1973. The VK was launched in 1975. The CL took over in 1976, with a more formal grille. A panel van version (including a sports version called the Drifter) was added in this model series, and the long-wheelbase models were dropped. The Charger was cancelled after 1978. The late-1970s models were not known for good build quality.

The Valiant Universe was created by Solar as the result of his attempt to recreate his universe after he accidentally destroyed it.[1] As a result, a universe similar to his own emerged. Solar's psychological tendencies manifested themselves in his recreation of the universe. It was eventually discovered that several times during Valiant Universe's history, Earth was menaced by a race of spider-like aliens, who sought to use the human race for slave labor and food. Their efforts were indirectly responsible for creation of several heroes, most notably X-O Manowar and Shadowman. The early 1990s saw the rise of psionically empowered humans called Harbingers. They were led by Toyo Harada, a powerful psionic businessman with a Messiah complex.
