AT&T Inc. announced today that Cingular, now AT&T, has named wireless veteran Tom Schindler as the new leader for the company's West Virginia wireless operations. Schindler will oversee sales for eight company-owned locations, five authorized agents and 14 national retailers, including Best Buy, Sam's Club and Wal-mart in Charleston and Huntington, W.Va., as well as Ashland, Ky.
