USPS packages are shipped with delivery confirmation. Don't confuse this with tracking as it is definitely not tracking. It does not say when it was shipped or where it is in transit. USPS Delivery confirmation only says when it was delivered.

The original contract, executed in July 2005, was for one year and has two remaining one-year renewals at the option of the USPS. Under the terms of the contract, RELM Wireless became the exclusive provider of two-way portable radios and accessories to USPS installations throughout the United States and its territories and possessions, including main and associate post offices, administrative offices, training and technical centers, and headquarters. Structured as an exclusive requirements contract, all USPS two-way radio requirements in these categories are provided by RELM. The contract does not specify purchase dates or quantities of equipment, and is terminable by either party upon 180 days' written notice.

The USPS produced this silk cachet Year of the Rabbit "Commemorative Panel" for the 1999 Lunar New Year issue. Colorano created the silk cachet. It was used on this Panel, which we believe was produced by USPS Headquarters but seems to have been sold in the western United States, and ... used on a No. 10 envelope which was produced on behalf of the USPS/Los Angeles. Note that the special pictorial first-day-of-issue cancellation is different than the standard cancellation used on the Year of the Rabbit Souvenir Page and on most first day covers.
