Ty Warner Park ... offers passive recreation and opportunities to bond with nature. A picnic grove will be home to a timber structure to serve as a shelter with accessible washrooms. Restored woodlands and enhanced wetlands are connected through a prarie system surrounding the perimeter of the park linked by a series of interpretive signs. Along the perimeter, walkers and joggers can enjoy the natural surroundings on a paved 1 mile path. Cross country skiing enthusiasts will also have use of the interior and perimeter path system during the winter months. Two tennis courts and a sled hill provide additional opportunities for outdoor recreation.

Has Ty, led by founder Ty Warner, simply created a gimmick to pump up profits of the pint-sized stuffed animals, which toy industry experts say have begun to lose some of their appeal. Or is the company effectively resigned to the fact that Pokemon now rules and is moving on. No one knows for sure. But what is certain is that Ty, at least for now, has created a Beanie buzz that is not likely to be sorted out any time soon, as company executives remained mum.

From St John's Military Academy, Ty moved on that from there, he went on to Kalamazoo College, located in Kalamazoo, Michigan, where he stayed for only a year, but never graduated. However, during his stay, he studied drama, dropping out then to try his luck in Hollywood, California. From there to make his way as a struggling actor, Ty pumped gas and sold cameras door to door.
