Trucker Tracks is a GPS receiver and a data recorder that can be used with or without a computer in your vehicle. Connected to your laptop, it can provide real-time tracking and navigation data (with optional mapping software), or it can simply capture travel data such as direction, speed, duration of stops, and addresses along the route. You can get travel details for every city, turn and stop. If you don't have a computer, you simply plug the Trucker Tracks unit right into your cigarette lighter and place the GPS antenna on the dashboard. The stored GPS data is converted into viewable and manageable files that can be loaded onto your computer.

In spite of his abuse, Trucker proved to be an affectionate, loving dog who won the hearts of everyone who visited him. He looked forward to his daily walks and even took his daily medication without a fuss.

The special design of the Trucker 5000 floating coil will not ice up and stop working or break, even in severe winter conditions. This means that using Wilson’s design techniques, the 5000 Trucker will not ice up and short out the windings as is possible with the open coil designed antennas. The highly engineered thermoplastic cover protects the coil from the harsh environmental conditions encountered on the open road. A dirty antenna coil can measurably cut the performance characteristics of that antenna, and one that is covered with ice can cut the performance by as much as 50%.

Trucker's health continues to improve. The scars where the nails were pounded into his head have healed up. His hearing is definitely improving and he tilts his head when he "hears" a sound. He enjoys his short walks outside and wags his tail at everyone.

Trucker underwent a three hour surgery to remove a tooth shattered into pieces by one of the nails. He is resting comfortably but one side of his face and eye have puffed up. He has lost his appetite somewhat and is now on specialty prescription dog food to help increase it.
