Riggs set the track record that stood for over five years. Since then, champions of the race have included some of the biggest NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series names, like Carl Edwards, and Bobby Hamilton.

The tow package for the new Tundra is the most comprehensive ever from Toyota and includes a Class IV receiver integrated directly into the frame at the factory. “It can’t be added on at the dealer,” said Paul Williamsen, a Toyota product specialist. When towing, a driver can activate a transmission “tow haul” mode that favors lower gears and better handles upshifts and downshifts.
