Maupintour announced that it has designed a wide range of new programs for the 2006 travel season, including tours that appeal directly to some of the specific benefit of the traveling public. Maupintour has extended its 2006 collection of programs to include such international destinations as Jordan, Israel, Vietnam, Cambodia and Turkey. Among this year's new domestic tours are San Francisco, Yosemite & Lake Tahoe (8 day escorted) and Canadian Rockies Retreat (8 day escorted). Additionally, a wider variety of tour programs that are modular in nature is currently available.

The 3-year-old VGA Tour mirrors professional golf tours. Over the past two years, the VGA Tour has included more than 34,000 cybergolfers from 10 countries, making it a true international online sporting event. It comprises three major tournaments, a semifinal event for the tour's leading money winners and a final event in which the top four golfers square off in a match-play tournament to determine the world's best PC golfer.

Last year, 22,000 PC golfers signed up for the 2001 VGA Tour. Paul Willey, who took home the 2001 VGA Tour crown, has won back-to-back titles, taking home more than $150,000 in prize money.

Boeing began offering tours of the 747 factory in 1968. The factory tour has grown over the years to include a glimpse of all four widebody jetliners including the 767, 777 and the newest widebody, the Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
