Wilson has found considerable success in both World Championship Wrestling and in World Wrestling Entertainment as a valet and diva.

Vince's Devils (originally known as Ladies in Pink) was a heel professional wrestling stable in World Wrestling Entertainment on its RAW brand, which consisted of divas Candice Michelle, Victoria and Torrie Wilson. The trio became known for their "pseudo-lesbian" tendencies, such as holding hands, getting in beds together, and kissing each other on the lips despite the fact that all three women are straight, and either is married or was. (Sometime after the faction separated, Wilson finalized her divorce from wrestler Billy Kidman).
