Wednesday night’s game for the Toronto Raptors in Milwaukee was one of redemption, as the Raptors came off of an awful effort against New Jersey, one of their worst of the season. With an opportunity to take a one and a half game lead over the Nets for first place in the Atlantic, Toronto was flat to start both halves, and the heroics of the bench weren’t nearly enough to overcome the deficiencies of the starting lineup.

TORONTO — It hasn't been the best week for the Toronto Raptors. Chances are next week won't be any better. Last Friday, NBA all-star forward Chris Bosh left the first quarter of a game against the Indiana Pacers complaining of soreness in his right knee. Three missed games later, it's not clear when he'll be back. "We're not putting a timetable on it," Bryan Colangelo, the Raptors' president and general manager, said yesterday.
