Seek medical help immediately if you have overdosed on Toprol XL. Symptoms of over dosage may include dizziness, uneven heartbeats, discolored fingernails or weakness. On the other hand, if you have missed a dose, just take it as soon as you remember it. However, do not take extra medication to make up for the miss dose.
