Tony Raines (born April 14, 1964) is an American NASCAR driver. Born in LaPorte, Indiana, he drives the #96 Texas Instruments Chevy for Hall of Fame Racing. He is a former champion in the now defunct American Speed Association and rookie of the Year in the NASCAR Nationwide Series.

The NASCAR Busch Series (NBS) made their final stop of the 2007 season Saturday, at Homestead-Miami (Fla.) Speedway, where Tony Raines was behind the wheel of the No. 33 Kevin Harvick Inc. (KHI) RoadLoans.com Chevrolet for the final time. Raines began the race from the 39th position and brought the No. 33 RaodLoans.com Chevrolet home with a seventh-place finish.

Tony Raines had a substitute teacher for some of the season. The Hall of Fame Racing Team put Terry Labonte in the car for the first five races in an attempt to keep the car in the top 35 in Owner's Points and take the pressure off Raines for the rest of the season.
