This week the Center announces another program to be held in New York City this spring: a March 31 forum on Arts Funding in the New Economy. Don't forget to register for it and the April 14-15 conference on cultural diplomacy. See "News from the Center" for details.

Stephanie’s photography business may be found at csphotoshop.com. She will be teaching a four-week Digital Photography course for the POA starting May 18. The four two-hour sessions will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Senior Center. Signups are at the POA Member Services Desk. All residents are welcome but space is limited.

Outsourcing is the ideal solution for reducing investment and risk in a technology that will be refined after it's adopted, for it shifts those problems onto the supplier's shoulder.
