Chlorpromazine, more commonly known as Thorazine, is one of the most widely known phenothiazine neuroleptics that has ever been used. Drugs of this type are used to control psychosis and are commonly used in mental institutions for patients who do not have a comfortable grasp on reality. Side effects include convulsions, increased sweating, tardive dyskinesia, and changes to pigmentation.

Thorazine was used regularly at the CIA’s Jonestown , Guyana group control experiment. Survivors of Jonestown have testified as to its effectiveness. After this gruesome experiment in mind control came to its end with a massacre, large amounts of drugs were discovered. Just one footlocker at Jonestown alone contained 11,000 doses. The authorities prevented chemical autopsies of the bodies to insure secrecy of this sophisticated concentration camp which was used for medical and psychiatric experimentation by the CIA. An examination of the drugs that are used in mental hospitals to alter the minds of patients offers a clear indication of what is being used in the Monarch Mind Control programming.

Other Thorazine side effects can be very serious. In addition to the Tardive Dyskinesia, cases of drug induced parkinsonism, akathisia, akinesia, and other adverse effects can occur. Thorazine use can ... mask symptoms of brain tumor, intestinal blockage, changes in pigmentation, and a neurological condition called Reye’s syndrome. One of the most widely known phenothiazine neuroleptics, Thorazine has caused adverse effects when discontinuing Thorazine use. Patients with cardiovascular, liver, or renal disease should use Thorazine with extreme caution as it has been shown that these Thorazine patients have an increased sensitivity to the CNS effects of Thorazine.

Thorazine has been called a "chemical lobotomy" because of the similar effects it creates. Briefly, a lobotomy destroys partially or completely all functioning of the frontal lobes. The frontal lobes are unique to human beings and are the seat of the higher functions such as love, concern for others, empathy, self-insight, creativity, initiative, autonomy, rationality, abstract reasoning, judgment, future planning, foresight, will-power, determination and concentration. Without the frontal lobes it is impossible to be "human" in the fullest sense of the word; they are required for a civilized, effective, mature life. Without this "human" aspect a person is incapable of living a rewarding, happy and responsible life.
