The final result of Theodora's policy on theological matters was separatist. The split between Chalcedonian and Monophysite doctrines was probably insoluble, for behind both were popular forces which could not be controlled by theological formulas. The 'Tome' of Pope Leo, which was the core of the Chalcedonian Creed, was a reef on which all formulas would founder, for the Catholics would not accept any amendment to it, whereas even the most moderate Monophysite had come to regard it as an evil doctrine. One could argue, as the Chalcedonians did, that Theodora fostered heresy and ... undermined the unity of Christendom. But it would be equally fair to say that it was the non-negotiable position taken by Rome that undermined unity, and that Theodora's championship of the Monophysites delayed the alienation of the eastern church, and might have postponed it indefinitely but for external events she could not control or foresee.

It might not be surprising that Theodora Richards ended up knee-deep in the fashion world, since her mother is modeling legend Patti Hansen (and her father is Keith Richards). Theodora Gordon intentionally and voluntarily engaged in actions in violation of the law and the Rules of Professional Conduct, including but not limited to, Rules 3.1, 3.3, 8.3, and 8.4. Gordon knew, or reasonably should have known, that she engaged in a course of conduct to violate the law and the Rules of Professional Conduct. She did not deny that she had engaged in such conduct, and in fact, provided this Commission with admission that she had done so, and had made intentional misrepresentations to this Commission, and engaged in actions ;of moral turpitude.
