The Hollywood Reporter confirms that Gavin Hood will direct Wolverine for 20th Century Fox. Hood is best-known for 2006's Tsotsi, for which he won an Oscar for 'Best Foreign Language Film'; his work on the film ... garnered multiple other awards and nominations.

Sebastian Shaw was the leader of the Hellfire Club, like his 616 counterpart, and reveled in the death of Professor Charles Xavier. As mutant hysteria skyrocketed following Xavier's death, Shaw saw this as an opportunity and mentioned to Tessa that perhaps the U. S. government was interested in Project: Wideawake once again. Shaw later was beaten to death by an anti-mutant mob and as he lay dying, Wolverine approached him. Shaw decided to help out his race by providing Wolverine with information on Project: Wideawake that would allow him to infiltrate their headquarters and free the captured mutants.

Now the person in the bed, according to the TV Report that was shown in the background on the TV while Xavier was teaching the children describes how they were born alive, but uncontious, and in a perminant comatose state. Now people are saying how Xavier transported his concious and self aware state into this body just before he was disintigrated my Jean (aka THE PHEONIX), and just before he died he looked in the direction of which we are to asume is towards Logan (aka WOLVERINE), and smiled….now im just wandering whether infact he wasnt smiling at Logan, but was infact lookin over to the direction of his other self - the unconcious him lying in the hospital bed, and that he realised what he could do.
