"The World Factbook really is a cool app and extremely useful to me. It provides quick access to essential and interesting information about countries, territories, places. The maps are great, fast scrolling and provide enough information. Threre are ... global entries for the European Union, the World, Oceans and a lot more. The database covers all countries! It has full search capability and definitions for things you don't know what they mean. The whole thing is arranged in an easy to use and well-looking form.

- In addition to the updated information, The World Factbook 2004 features three new entries. In the Communications category, an Internet hosts entry replaces Internet Service Providers (ISPs). In the Transportation category under Merchant marine, subfields have been added for foreign-owned vessels and those registered in other countries.

The Indus Valley civilization, one of the oldest in the world, dates back at least 5,000 years.
