On Monday, Feb. 18, a fresh crop of Pussycat Doll wannabes will compete in the season premiere of Pussycat Dolls Present: Girlicious (9 pm/ET, CW). And at the start of its second season, this year's roster of 15 hopefuls looks hotter — and younger — than ever. Among the first 15 to sing, dance and sass it up are four 18-year-olds, three 19-year-olds and a few more ladies who are over the hill, at ages ranging from 20 to 25. From the 18-year-old set is Megan, hailing from Sunset, Louisiana,who has musical tastes varying from soulful soft rocker Jack Johnson to Britney Spears (but only her "early days," Megan is careful to note). In parallel to the Pussycat Dolls as a recording R&B act, in April 2005 a resident live show commenced at the "Pussycat Dolls Lounge" adjacent to Pure Nightclub in Caesars Palace on the Las Vegas Strip. This show contains eight "cast members" who continue the burlesque-style show which began in Los Angeles in 1995. In 2006 the cast included vocalist Jamie Preston.[5] The venue is operated by Pure Management Group, Robin Antin has some involvement, but it is unclear whether Interscope ... has a financial interest. The Pussycat Dolls recording group have made occasional appearances.

Open casting calls for the Pussycat Dolls Casino are Saturday, January 20th from 10am to 4pm inside the Pussycat Dolls Lounge at Caesars Palace. Robin Antin will be on hand auditioning six to eight dancers who will be perform inside the themed pit. All dancers must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid photo ID. The group was founded by Robin Antin, a respected Hollywood choreographer who turned a lifelong passion for dance into a lucrative career. In 1993, the 32-year-old dancer got some girlfriends together, and within two years the collective began putting on burlesque shows in Los Angeles venues.
