The Pussycat Dolls recently recorded a new track with Cee Lo from Goodie Mob and Jazze Pha for their 'Happy Hour' album. The song called 'Disco Bitch' is an ode to Rick James.

The pussycat dolls might be a vehicle for female empowerment and sexual liberation if it were still the 1950s, but it ain't. What they do is no more or less feminist than what Jenna Jameson does. I respect their (and their management and handlers and record and tv executives) right to make money from their sexuality, and wouldn't call it exploitation, but it is frankly laughable to think they are doing anything for other women (or men) beyond pure entertainment.

Two of the hottest entities in popular music join forces on Fashion Rocks concert in NYC this week when Jibbs performs with the Pussycat Dolls. Jibbs, whose singe Chain Hang Low is screaming up the chart (it is currently the #5 song on Itunes chart), will join PCD for a what is sure to be a rousing rendition of their megahit "Buttons." Jibbs will be filling in the big shoes of Snoop Dogg who collaborates with PCD on the recorded version of the song.
