In order to guarantee your purchased seat, The ImaginAsian removes the number of tickets you purchase from the theater's inventory at the time of purchase through iaTix. This reduces the overall availability of seats for that particular show time. In order to maximize the accessibility of our movie showings to all our customers, we strongly recommend that you contact The ImaginAsian's box office immediately at 212-371-6682 or 212-371-6683 if you are unable to attend a show time for which you have already purchased tickets.

Movie tickets purchased on MovieTickets.com can be picked up at the theater box office or through an Automated Box Office machine located in the lobby or outside of certain theaters. Tickets can be picked up the day they are purchased; you do not have to wait until the day of show if you are purchasing tickets in advance. For some theaters, you ... can print your tickets on your personal printer. Please review your order confirmation page generated by the web site for specific instructions on how to pick up tickets at the theater that you are attending. Please be sure to bring the same credit card you used to purchase the tickets with you to the theater.

After you purchase your tickets through iaTix you will receive a confirmation email stating your confirmation number and an electronic ticket. Please print out this bar-coded self-printed ticket and bring it to the theater to redeem your purchased seat(s). If you do not have access to a printer, simply bring your confirmation number with you to the box-office to retrieve your purchased ticket.
