Wexford, PA./PRNewswire/—Millennium Pharmacy Systems (“MPSRx”), a privately-held healthcare services company providing contract pharmacy services to the long term-care industry, announced the recent completion of a $40 million equity financing. Essex Woodlands Health Ventures (EWHV) led the investment group, which included new investors Ascension Health Ventures and Steve Wiggins, an Operating Partner at EWHV, and existing investors CHL Medical Partners, Boulder Ventures, and individuals.

According to PRNewswire, Millennium Group analyst Aviva Shedletzky says, “Over the next five years, increased societal acceptance of breast augmentation procedures, as well as penetration of higher-priced silicone implants, will drive market growth. By 2012, nearly 80 percent of breast implants sold in the U.S. will be silicone. Given that these products command approximately double the price of the saline alternative, revenues will increase.”
Millennium results will be consolidated within EFSC's financial statements and identified as the Wealth Products Group under EFSC's Wealth Management Business Segment. With the help of Keith Olsen (Music Machine) and Gary Usher(songwriter, surf music avatar, and Columbia staff producer), Boettcher formed The Millennium. This group consisted of seven musicians and songwriters, including Boettcher. The other six members are: Ron Edgar and Doug Rhodes (Music Machine), Michael Fennelly (who later formed Crabby Appleton), Lee Mallory, Sandy Salisbury (Ballroom), and Joey Stec.
