The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask: Games
built 291 days ago
Scenes featuring the fairies Tatl and Tael were some of the first introduced into the video game's production. Majora's Mask is the sixth installment in The Legend of Zelda video game series, which began with The Legend of Zelda in 1986. It was the second Legend of Zelda video game to feature 3D graphics. Majora's Mask features a broader and darker story as well as deeper game-play than its predecessor, Ocarina of Time. The protagonist of the series, Link, is placed in the land of Termina, rather than Hyrule, where most of the series is set. A mysterious mask-wearing imp known as the Skull Kid has persuaded a moon to abandon its orbit and crash into Termina. The player repeatedly lives through three days by utilizing time travel in order to prevent this catastrophe.
Majora's Mask features vintage Legend of Zelda gameplay with a three-day twist, including all the swordplay, boomerang throwing and clever puzzles introduced into the 3D realm by Ocarina of Time. Time passes as you explore the overworld -- but each minute truly counts in Termina. If you don't save someone on the first day, it may be too late on the next. There are no time-outs in Majora's Mask. After 72 (game time) hours, the world ends because an evil, grinning moon crashes into the planet. There is of course Link's compact time machine: the Ocarina.

The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening occurs after the events of A Link to the Past, starring the same Link. The game's instruction manual states that Link left Hyrule on a journey of enlightenment after defeating Ganon. The Japanese official website states the game is, in fact, a direct sequel to Triforce of the Gods (A Link to the Past).
For anyone who enjoyed playing the original ZELDA game on the Nintendo 64, THE LEGEND OF ZELDA: Majoras Mask should come as a pleasant surprise. This game again features Link, the young elf who has been the star of every ZELDA game so far. This time... he has to stop the moon from crashing into the land of Hyrule. Link must travel back in time 72 hours to avert the disaster; otherwise Hyrule will be destroyed. There are four dungeons to explore, with many other places to visit. In addition, Link can use over 20 masks to gain even more abilities!, Vintage gameplay with a 3-day twist, including all the swordplay, boomerang throwing & clever puzzles introduced into the 3D realm by Ocarina of Time.
In November 2006, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, will arrive as the first Zelda game on the Wii. During the following month, December 2006, it will be released for the Nintendo GameCube as well. The new game once again strives for a realistic look, improved even beyond the aforementioned SpaceWorld demo. This game chronicles the struggle of a more mature Link to rid Hyrule of the "Twilight Realm", a mysterious force plaguing the land. When Link enters this realm, he transforms into a wolf and the gameplay shifts radically. Twilight Princess ... relies heavily on horseback transportation and mounted battle scenarios (including boss battles).
The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask is the sequel to Zelda: Ocarina of Time. The game was released on October 26, 2000 (earlier in some places), and takes place just days after Link defeats Ganon at the end of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Rather than taking place in Hyrule, the game takes place in the land of Termina. Several new features have been incorporated into this game which makes it significantly different from its predecessor, Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
