The Guy Game is a collection of twenty episodes. Over these episodes, you’ll meet different girls and encounter over a thousand questions, many of which are asked to the girls on video.

The Guy Game asks you trivia questions and then makes you guess whether a drunk girl in a bikini will get the same question right or wrong. If she's wrong, she has to take her top off. The breasts are covered up with logos and mosaic patterns initially, but they'll disappear completely if you manage to correctly predict the girls' responses often enough.

The audio in the game mostly consists of a couple of guys acting as commentators and a woman who asks you questions. Some dumb jokes are thrown in here and there, and they fit in with the rest of the game pretty well. The guy asking the questions to the girls on the beach is a stand-up named Matt Sadler, and when it comes to cracking wise while trying to keep obviously tipsy girls in line, he does a pretty good job.

[A] game for guys wouldn't be much fun if only the guys were playing, so there are video clips of bikini-clad hotties who play along with you in the trivia rounds. In the first round, players answer 12 multiple-choice trivia questions, then bet on whether a honey will get it right or not. The second round is the President's choice of one of three chick-free mini-games (more on those later). The third round is more multiple-choice trivia, but in this round, the girls are always wrong, so instead you bet is on which wrong answer they pick. When you get your answer right, you get money, and that's what determines who's President. If you get your bet about the girl's answer right, you earn bonus points that help fill up the "Flash-o-Meter."
