For tonight's crucial game 6, Wade will be outfitted with a special form of padding designed by McDavid, a Woodridge, Ill. sports medical and protective apparel company. Wade, who routinely wears the company's HexPad(TM) Protective Wear, will be equipped with a customized HexPad girdle with enhanced padding over the injured hip.
