The Game Developers Conference is the world's largest event exclusively devoted to game creators. GDC hosts more than 12,000 attendees and provides educational, networking, and business opportunities for the professionals driving the $11 billion videogame industry. At this year's conference, Phil Harrison, president of Worldwide Studios, Sony Computer Entertainment, will deliver the opening keynote titled "PLAYSTATION(R)3: Beyond the Box" on Wednesday, March 22nd, at 10:30 a.m. in the San Jose Civic Auditorium.

The Game Crazy survey was conducted online August 17-20, 2007, by Weekly Reader Research. 1,000 U.S. male and female participants, ages 8-17, were recruited from Weekly Reader Research's INSIDERS survey research community. Random sampling procedures were employed to ensure the respondents accurately reflect the nation's 42.7 million 8-17 year olds in terms of age, race/ethnicity, gender and census region. The margin of error is +/- 3.2 percent at the 95 percent confidence interval.

The Game Room & Grille has expanded to include a new separate pool room. This new room features three tables, one big screen TV and one extra-large viewing screen. Also included are 3 tables for Bid Whist and Pinnochle. Smoking is only allowed in this room.

The Game wasn't immune to the consequences of running the streets. Though he was reportedly booted off Washington State University's basketball team for alleged drug dealings, things would later take a dreadful turn in the world of Jayceon Taylor. In 2001, he was involved in an altercation that left five bullets in his body. After recovering from a three-day coma, Game ditched his old lifestyle and decided to give rap a shot.

Even before releasing his debut album, The Game was involved in feuds with many rappers. He previously had rivalries with Suge Knight of Death Row Records, Ja Rule, Joe Budden, Yukmouth, as well as Jay-Z, Memphis Bleek, and the Young Gunz of Roc-A-Fella Records. The most prominent rivalry he had was with 50 Cent and G-Unit. The Game has ... had minor feuds with Xzibit, Ja Rule, Guerilla Black, Bishop Lamont, Domination, Benzino, and model Vida Guerra (see "Wouldn't Get Far").
