The Hispanic Federation is a service-oriented membership organization of 94 Latino health and human services agencies dedicated to promote the social, political and economic well-being of the Latino community. The Federation provides a wide range of services geared towards strengthening Hispanic families and supporting Latino institutions serving over two million Hispanics living in the Northeast region. Although the Federation may sometimes provide support and advice to start-up groups, organizations seeking membership must have a governing board and should be incorporated or planning to incorporate. Clubs, coffee klatches, Meet-ups and other loosely knit groups are not qualified for membership.

All the34 wage-earners´ funds and the two entrepreneurs´ funds belong to the Federation of Unemployment Funds in Finland (TYJ). The Federation promotes the work of the funds, puts forth proposals and issues statements with the aim of developing the social security of unemployed persons. TYJ provides timely information on general matters connected with earnings-related unemployment benefits. TYJ is engaged in cooperation with equivalent organizations in the other Nordic countries.

The United States Football Association (renamed U.S. Soccer Federation) was granted provisional membership by the Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) on August 15, 1913. A year later the organization was granted full membership.

Greetings and welcome to The Federation, a member-run simgroup based on the idea's and concepts of Star Trek.
