The Terminator is one of the most popular robots of film. There are actually two models of Terminator: the metal skeleton covered by human flesh (technically a cyborg) first seen in The Terminator (James Cameron, 1984); and the liquid metal, shape-shifting new T-1000 introduced in the sequel, The Terminator 2: Judgment Day (Cameron, 1991). Both were created by Stan Winston, following Cameron's designs. The older Terminator (Arnold Schwarzenegger) comes from the near future to kill Sarah, the mother of the still unborn John Connor, who will become the guerrilla leader that fights the rebellious machines in a future war. In the sequel, this evil Terminator becomes the fatherly protector of mother and son, saving them from the murderous T-1000. The Terminator films have appealed to the popular imagination thanks to their special effects (especially the infographics of the sequel) and the magnetic presence of Schwarzenegger in the title role.

Terminator Ever since the news hit about the Terminator series continuing, it has been rather quiet. Finally an update today comes from James Middleton, a producer on the TV series "The Sarah Connor Chronicles", who is ... overseeing the development of Terminator 4. Middleton confirms via IGN that T4 is still happening and aiming to be in pre-production by this October for a 2009 release. The script is being written by Michael Ferris and John D. Brancato, who co-wrote Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines, and that no director has been chosen yet.
Terminator seeds could have unpleasant side effects, both commercial and biological. Pat Mooney, executive director of RAFI, says his group has uncovered 31 patents on terminator genes that cause seed sterilization in the final stages of plant growth. Nearly every large agricultural and biotechnology company has a patent he says, raising the possibility that every seed sold could someday come with a terminator tag.
The Terminator cover The Terminator arrives at the police station, uttering his catch phrase "I'll be back", before going on a rampage through the building, killing everyone it sees, including 17 police officers[1]. Reese manages to escape and rescue Sarah. They hide out in a motel, where Reese makes pipe bombs, teaching Sarah how to make the explosive from household supplies. Sarah asks Reese if she measures up to the stories about her and if he's ever been in love. While replying no to both questions, he confesses that he is in love with her. At first, Reese thinks he has made a fool of himself, but Sarah feels the same way, and they make love.
Picking up where Terminator 2 ended, this show begins as a demonstration from Cyberdyne Systems. The high-tech Company has gone public and is eager to display the military and technological products and services they offer to the public. The presentation is soon interrupted by John and Sarah Connor, who are trying to shut down Cyberdyne Systems before they create an unstoppable warrior. They are not alone as the T-1000 has followed them through a portal. Intent on killing John Connor, the T-1000 can only be stopped by the Terminator. but they run into a new obstacle - the T-1 Million.
Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines As before, a reprogrammed Terminator, identical to the Terminators from the previous films, has been sent back in time to protect Connor and his future wife, Katherine Brewster. In a plot twist, this particular Terminator killed John Connor in 2032, before being reprogrammed and sent back in time by Connor's wife. After rescuing them from an initial attack, the Terminator leads them to Sarah Connor's coffin, which her friends filled with weapons in the event that Judgment Day was not prevented. The T-X and the police arrive, and the three narrowly escape in a hearse.
