1. V-Chip -- Tv Ratings
   The V-Chip (which stands for ViewControl, not Violence), that venerable protector of children's morals nationwide, will soon spawn an upgraded version that is scheduled to start appearing in digital sets on March 15th. According to an FCC mandate, all 16:9 DTVs 7.8-inches or greater in height plus 4:3 models with at least 13-inch diagonals must incorporate the digital V-Chip, or "v.gis," which unlike its analog counterpart, can be adapted to modified future rating systems and ... fine tuned with regards to its filtering system. The v.gis chip was designed by Tim Collings, the same man who invented its predecessor, and who draws criticism from the Consumer Electronics Association because of his ownership in companies that essentially have a government-granted monopoly over this mandatory tech (which, of course, must be licensed by CEA members). That's why you may have noticed an unusual number of "public service announcements" on TV lately touting the wonders of the current V-Chip- they are actually part of a larger public relations campaign by the CEA, MPAA, and others to build up support against v.gis specifically and the expansion of the technology in general.
2. Televisions
   Televisions are magical boxes with moving pictures and sound. Televisions have been known from time to time to corrupt people and shoot politicians. Televisions tell everybody to be kill, apart from the times they tell people to be aliens. They are really good at keeping sad acts company, and rewarding d orks with flashing lights and funky music every time they kill stupid babies and give lots of men pleasure with their tongues and foreskins, or lack thereof. They have ... been known to attack James Woods.
3. Tv Sets -- Bloomberg Television
   Just as colour television sets were very expensive when they were first introduced, the new DTV sets will be quite expensive at first. At present, DTV STB could cost between S$500 to S$1,000 whilst an integrated DTV set could cost in the region of S$3,000 to S$6,000. However, prices of these DTV equipment are expected to fall significantly once DTV becomes more wide-spread, and manufacturers are able to produce more sets at lower costs. (An HDTV set costs around S$12,000 currently)
4. Television Program -- Ratings
   Graduates of the Motion Picture/Television program find employment in a variety of areas. From camera operators to animators, writers to editors, directors to audio technicians, freelance producers to production team members, students with the expertise the program offers find fulfilling employment at the entry level of the business of media creation. Advancement in the field is usually based on both area-specific skills and a broad-based background.
5. George Wendt -- Tvs Cheers
   It’s a beautiful day in suburbia where mild-mannered bachelor Harold Thompson (George Wendt of CHEERS) is happily at work in his basement building the perfect family. But when a young couple moves in nextdoor, Harold sets his sights on the sexy young wife (Meredith Monroe of DAWSON’S CREEK). In a sunshine world of picket fences and manicured lawns, is it ever possible to know what gruesome plans are percolating in the minds of your neighbors? Matt Keeslar (SCREAM 3, ROSE RED) co-stars in this grisly black comedy with a killer twist from Director John Landis (AN AMERICAN WEREWOLF IN LONDON, ANIMAL HOUSE) and Writer Brent Hanley (FRAILTY).
6. Rating -- Ratings
   Rating tobacco “R” isn’t meant to block teens from seeing more movies. What it really does is create a voluntary market incentive for producers to keep smoking out of the movies designed to be marketed to teens.
7. Tv Shows -- Internet Tv
   Online TV - Research shows that Boomers are heavy Internet users with more than half having high speed access at home. The Joy of Tech study found that Boomers look forward to accessing and viewing content online and tapping into the Internet as a great big library of TV programming. Over 80% of Boomers are currently watching short-form content including trailers, sports and news clips online and one-quarter are watching full length TV shows or movies.
8. Television Program
   The Motion Picture/Television program is the place for 21st century storytellers to learn and hone their craft for presentation on film, television, computer monitors and the World Wide Web. Increasingly, multiple media strategies are being employed to communicate ever more intricate thoughts, ideas and information to a world of interested viewers. Video combined with sound, animation, audio soundscapes, and presentations delivered via CD, DVD and the web are all part of the world of multimedia.
9. Plasma Tv
   Though ads for plasma TVs often show no cables or wires, they are a factor in installation. You can tuck wires behind the TV if you place it on a stand. With wall mounting, you can run the wires behind the wall or through conduits, a task that might be best handled by a professional (wires that run in walls and ceilings require a different UL rating).
10. Tv Shows
