Hep Team Chicago, in partnership with agencies throughout Chicago including Chicago Department of Public Health, Howard Brown Health Center and Center on Halsted, will be promoting hepatitis vaccination throughout the summer. The outreach program is supported with a website (http://www.hepteamchicago.com); citywide distribution of posters, brochures and palm cards; and an actual Hep Team of outreach workers in their distinctive orange apparel. The Hep Team will be at major community events including Gay Pride, the Gay Games, Northalsted Market Days, and Love Fest. Additionally, team members will be seen at bars, clubs, beaches, and other community venues during the course of the campaign.

Team members need to believe the team has a urgent and worthwhile purpose. Establishing a sense of urgency and direction will help them know what their expectations are. The more urgent and meaningful the need to reach a goal, the more likely it is that a real team will start to emerge. The best teams define their performance expectations, but are flexible enough to allow changes to shape their own purpose, goals, and approach.

The U.S. Ski Team is governed by the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association, the national governing body for Olympic skiing and snowboarding. Sid is a senior developer on a small team that adopted Team Foundation at Beta 3 and upgraded to Beta 3 Refresh. He installed TFS on a server in his office and helped the other developers and the project manager get started. He has just received the RTM CDs, and he promptly begins to install this new version of TFS (the atdt single server installation). His only option is to uninstall the previous version, so he does that and runs setup again. Setup blocks on two conditions
