Mtatzminda amusement park to open by spring Very soon Tbilisi will have newly renovated park at Mtatzminda. The mountain called Mama Daviti will become a centre of entertainment and tourism in a short period of time. The construction is already closed to being completed for some of the park. Ltd. Link won a bid to lease the area for 49 years. Investment Consortium Salford Georgia has been hired to design and manage the construction and operating of the park. The Georgian company Gonio 2002 has been contracted to build the park.

Georgian-Kazakh Oil Company Aksai-BMC intends to invest about $25-30 million in oil and gas exploring and extraction in Georgia, the company representatives said on today’s presentation in Tbilisi. Last June Kazakh Company Aksai won the tender, announced by Agency for Oil and Gas Regulation, and acquired right for the 5th licensing block exploitation.
