Taylor Behl has been missing for days since she walked out of her college dorm at 10:00 p.m. while her roomate was "entertaining" a boyfriend. She apparently left to give her roomate some privacy, and said she would be back in a few hours. All she took with her was her cell phone, keys and a credit card. Her car is ... missing. Her credit cards have not been used, and no calls have been made or received to her telephone, although it is apparently charged, or has been charged. It has been said that she brought a skateboard with her.

Taylor Behl was a pretty, sympathetic, and emotionally trusting 17-year-old freshman who came to the city of Richmond in late summer to begin studies at Virginia Commonwealth University. How can these things be certain? The photos she posted of herself and the writings in her online weblogs at LiveJournal.com and Myspace tell the story.

Taylor Behl was pretty, popular and had an air of well-traveled sophistication. She had attended 15 different schools abroad by the age of 17 when she graduated from Madison High School in the well-off Washington, D.C., bedroom community of Vienna, Virginia. She carried the outward appearance of having developed a savvy independence that would prepare her for her next life adventure of attending her first year of college at the Richmond, Virginia based Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU).
