PARK CITY, Utah — The Tanger Outlet Center in Park City is the first shopping mall in the state to buyRocky MountainPower’s Blue Sky renewable energy. Eleven stores at the Park City shopping center are offsetting 15 percent of their electricity usage with wind power.
