Tai Chi Chuan is a slow-moving, meditative, martial art, good for relaxation, health, balance and development of ch’i (internal energy). Students will learn Cheng Man-Ching 37 posture form, chi exercises and martial art applications that lead to 2 person advanced push-hands and sword training. All classes are open to beginner students.
