Actually T-Mobile had the MyFavs before MyCircle came out, it was tested in a few markets before they went national with it...which is smart because you wouldnt want to sell a product before you have tested it out. And ... their market survey showed that the average person only calls 5 people regularly, so thats why they only offer the 5 MyFavs instead of the 10 that MyCircle offers. Just a little FYI

Red indicates an objective not being met; yellow shows that the company is at risk of not meeting an objective. These color warnings allow T-Mobile to research why certain objectives have not been achieved, determine the urgency of a problem, and decide how to resolve a problem.

T-Mobile today announces it is the first operator in the UK to launch TeleNav GPS Navigator, the award winning GPS satnav system for mobile phones. Developed by TeleNav, the service is immediately available on a variety of BlackBerry smartphones on T-Mobile and includes GPS-enabled, turn-by-turn voice and on-screen driving directions, addresses and directions to business and community locations, as well as full-colour, 3D moving maps. T-Mobile customers will now receive the benefits of an in-car navigation system combined with the added convenience and portability of mobile phones.

T-Mobile sent reader Ivan's account to collections after he twice cancelled his service. He first cancelled in August, but T-Mobile mysteriously lost the cancellation letter. Ivan faxed over a second cancellation letter while a CSR waited on the phone to confirm receipt. Having switched to Verizon, Ivan didn't care when in September, someone stepped on the T-Mobile phone lying in his car, breaking the screen.
