Schools in Swaziland are in desperate need of your support, where you will get out as much as you put in. Challenging teaching projects make fun, rewarding and totally worthwhile experiences. Most importantly they give a lot of disadvantaged children a much better chance of a better future.

Directed by Dr. Mark Kline, the first BIPAI center was established in Romania in 2001, rapidly expanding into Botswana, Uganda, Lesotho, Swaziland, Malawi, Burkina Faso and Libya. It is anticipated that 12,000 children will be treated by the end of the year at these centers.

In 2006, HIV&AIDS remains one of the greatest barriers to human development in Swaziland. An estimated 220,000 adults and children, about one-fifth of the entire population, are living with HIV&AIDS. Estimated HIV prevalence amongst women attending antenatal clinics has risen to an unprecedented 42.6% in 2004.
